It's finals week and I'm on the home-stretch with school. Three finals lie in my way from a good weekend followed by the day I have to wear a funny looking hat in exchange for a piece of paper with my name on it. Also I got a new lens, Canon 50mm f1.8, which I used for today's photo. Despite being cheap, I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy this glass. Too bad I won't have much time to play with it until this weekend.
Anyways, went on a walk this afternoon and got to thinking about a couple of things, one of them being the number "10". Maybe it's just coincidence but that number seems to be tied to numerous things/events that are significant in my life. Other than being my favorite number it's the
and to end the list for now, it will be the year for which I will be the second in my family to graduate from college. I still can't believe I've made it to this milestone in my life, and can only wonder what/how many more "10" relevant things are ahead of me. Hopefully it won't be ten kids! Who knows, since I'm only one of two left to pass on the family name to future generations I may as well make it a good investment, unless I end up with ten girls. One thing that would totally blow my mind is if the graduation ceremony was moved from August 9th to the 10th, but I don't see that happening.
And on an ending note, it's coincidentally 10 PM (actually 9:58 but close enough).
